ANNOUNCES THE PROPOSED 
International Youth Empowerment and Development Scheme (INTERYEDS) / to commence the pre-qualification for manpower development / skill acquisition program for infrastructural development program for Health, Science & Technology, Transportation, Power, Energy, Water, Environment, Agriculture, Solid Mineral, Information & Communication Technology & Educational segments etc. under the Youth Scheme to be launched in Feb., 2016.
THEME: "PROMOTION, ENGAGEMENT AND EMPOWERMENT OF THE YOUTH TO ENSURE GREATER FUTURE".
Federal Ministry of Health and Federal Ministry of Science & Technology in partnership with St. George International Resources Ltd. Group hereby announces pre-qualification of prospective Applicants to participate in the Degree and Vocational programs in Nigeria, Europe, South America and Asia as part of the processes to provide quality local content manpower for the proposed International Youth Empowerment and Development Schemescheduled to be launched in February, 2016 in support of the promotion, engagement and empowerment of the Youth.
The program shall pre-qualify Nigerian Youths and train them on scholarship in some reputable foreign higher Institutions in several technologies, preparatory to engaging them fully upon graduation in the proposed Health and support services as indicated in 1st paragraph above, and other sectorial Infrastructural Development programs in close collaboration with certified Foreign Direct Investor Groups.
THE TARGET OF THE PROGRAM –
Provision of adequate skilled manpower for operation of projects indicated in the Youth Scheme. The Training program is aimed at giving practical expression of determined efforts to impart on the Youth modern technologies and skills and also engage them to ensure greater opportunities to better their standard of living and equally embrace the Local Content Laws of Nigeria.

DURATION OF TRAINING: 5 Years for Medicine, 3 Years for School Leavers / others and 24 months for Graduates for Masters' Degree programs. 18 Months local and foreign Vocational training in specific programs targeted at the project in Nigeria.

Institutions to be involved in 24 Countries namely: - Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Holland, Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, China, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.).
Cost of Visas, Travel Health Insurance, Air Tickets, Tuition, Accommodation, Feeding and Monthly Stipend to be borne by Sponsors / Investors'. Projects shall be developed in Nigeria during the training period to ensure engagement after the training.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
1. Applicant should make a two paragraph brief introduction of himself / herself of not more than 300 words.
3. First Application Form shall be filled and addressed to the office indicated above without Guarantor's Signature.
4. Payment of subscription fees at the Bank shall be after publication of successful Applicants in four national newspapers using the Subscription Identification Registration Numbers (SIREN) as published in the newspapers.
5. Successful Applicants shall submit another Application Form completed with the SIGNATURE OF GUARANTOR and Letter of identification showing Local Government Area of origin endorsed by the Traditional Ruler or equivalent where there is no traditional ruler for final confirmation.
6. Applicants must include their valid phone numbers & email address to enable direct contact with successful Applicants.
7. Applicants shall meet the minimum qualification (5 Credits including English Language & Mathematics in not more than two sittings - W.A.E.C. / G.C.E. & N.E.C.O. for the Degree Program or First Degree / H.N.D. for post degree program)
8. Four colour passport photographs
9. Applications should be submitted online within the ten (10) weeks duration.
10. There will be no late entry
11. Unauthorized visits to our offices or offices of Federal Ministries of Science & Technology and Health is not permitted and automatically disqualifies the applicant as all communications between us and Applicant is strictly online until the day of launching the program.
12. Only shortlisted Applicants' names that will be published in four National newspapers shall be contacted.
13. Applications shall be treated on first come first served basis.
14. We do not approve any Agent / Agency, cloning, intellectual property / copyright violators for the program.
15. Intellectual Property / Copyright Violators shall be handed over to Security Agencies for prosecution.
WHO SHOULD APPLY – Nigerian Youths. -(age bracket 18 – 42 years) Students already in higher institutions need not apply.

PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEES-
1. Applicants for local Vocational training on Agro, Solid Mineral Processing, Processing Plants Engineering, Integrated Mega and Cluster Farms Operations Five thousand Naira (N5,000"00) only.
2. Applicants for foreign Vocational training on Agro and Solid Mineral Engineering, Processing Plants and Integrated Farm Operations – Six thousand, five hundred Naira (N6,500:) only.
3. Applicants for Foreign Degree & Vocational training on General Medicine, Health Science, Energy (Oil and Gas), Power, Maritime, Environment, Industrial and Infrastructural projects – Six thousand ,five hundred Naira (N6,500:00) only.
Subscription shall close on the 5th February, 2016.
Screening, shortlisting and notification of successful Applicants: 10th- 20th Dec., 2015 -- 10th – 20th Jan., 10th–8th Feb., 2016.
Publication in four national newspapers and contacting of successful Applicants by sms and valid email address:- 22nd Dec., 2015, 21st Jan. and 9th Feb., 2016.
Launching of International Youth Empowerment and Development Scheme (INTERYEDS): February, 2016.
Participants shall be offered two (2) months orientation e-training as from March - April, 2016 preparatory to departure for and commencement of the program both in Nigeria and abroad.
