Yes o, my people, Nigeria is celebrating her 57th independent anniversary, but the question is, what is she celebrating? There are so many things that are yet undone, yet in place, which have had so much ripple effect on the masses and the country as a whole.
So are we celebrating the insecurity in this country, the high rate of corruption, the lack of jobs, poor education, bad roads, poor healthcare system, unstable electricity, I can go on and on...,but if you ask me, I will say let's celebrate the good people of Nigeria,who in all these societal issues still smile and take life easy the way it comes, let's celebrate all those who still stand their ground and say NO to corruption, let's celebrate those who are not religious fanatics or extremists, but upholds love and discipline, let's celebrate those that believes in hard work and not meddling in criminal activities in the name of "making money",....let's celebrate you, let's celebrate me, let's celebrate our effort to make this nation great, let's celebrate the change you bring to make this nation great. Great people, Great nation.
